Born and raised in London, Goods 101 developed a love for music at an early age. Growing up in England and being of Carribean and South American decent, he was DEXTER automatically exposed to a variety of musical genres and cultures. Music was present in every aspect of life and he soon became embedded in the South London urban music scene DJ'ing and performing his own material.

Music was always his first passion, but basketball was his second. When his athletic abilities landed him a college scholarship he left the UK for America to earn a degree and pursue his dreams. After graduating, basketball faded
